Bill Mills was the Underwater DP/Cinematographer for this one hour program produced by the Gulf of Mexico Foundation. Using a custom Gates housing, Sony cameras, and OTS full face mask communications, the film captures comments by the divers during their explorations of the derelict oil rigs in the northern Gulf of Mexico.
